The Squirrel 9000 is one of the sectors most popular entry level mattresses and can be used on most divan or Kings Fund beds. It consists of 16 sequentially inflating / deflating cells that gently adjust the surface pressure between mattress and patient. These soft form cells are situated within an extremely comfortable but resilient waterproof cover.

• True A/B Alternation – 16 air cells within the mattress alternate inflation over a 10 minute period. This can stimulate blood flow and relieve surface interface pressure.
• Infection Control – Both the mattress and pump have been designed to be quick and easy to clean. The top cover can be removed via a zip and all 16 dynamic cells can be accessed for cleaning. Replacement covers and cells are available at nominal cost.
• CPR Facility – Traditional CPR deflation is obtained via an easy to locate CPR switch. This is situated on the air tube at the foot of the mattress.
• Easily Profiled - The Squirrel 9000 will profile to suit most adjustable bed frame designs from standard kings fund through to more complex electronic designs.
• Soft Stretch Cover – Fully zipped, 2 way stretch PU cover. This is both waterproof and vapor permeable and can be removed to be laundered. The soft stretch fabric in combination with the air cells allows the partial immersion of patient thus ensuring maximum comfort and therapy.
